My name is Jailen Pierre, and I am a designer and brand builder from Boston, now based in New York City.

I didn’t come up through fashion school or corporate retail. I came up through vintage racks, studying garments with history, and building Fades as my entry into an industry that never formally opened its doors to me.

My work sits at the intersection of design, marketing, events, and storytelling. I build products with narrative, create campaigns with intention, and approach every room knowing I belong there, because I built my way in.

That mindset led to hosting a Fades pop-up at Extra Butter, one of NYC’s most respected retailers, alongside brands such as Timberland, G-Shock, and Puma.

No one let me in. So I made something strong enough to walk through the door anyway.
